At BhardwajEduHub, we aim to provide high-quality educational services through online courses, live classes, and offline batches. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in any program.

1. Course Enrollment & Payments

  • All payments made on BhardwajEduHub are processed securely.

  • Course fees are clearly mentioned at the time of enrollment.

  • By enrolling in any course or batch, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Refund Policy

🔹 Online Courses (Recorded Content)

  • Once access to recorded courses or study materials is provided, no refund will be issued.

  • This is because digital content cannot be returned or revoked once accessed.

🔹 Live Online Classes

  • Refund requests must be submitted before the start of the first live session.

  • No refunds will be provided once live classes have started.

🔹 Offline Classroom Batches

  • Refund requests must be made before batch commencement.

  • No refunds will be allowed after the batch has started or once seats are allocated.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may request cancellation by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellation requests received after course or batch commencement will not be eligible for refunds.

  • BhardwajEduHub reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or batch due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after enrollment

  • Inability to attend classes due to personal reasons

  • Lack of participation or incomplete course usage

  • Technical issues on the user’s side (device, internet, etc.)

5. Exceptional Cases

In rare and exceptional circumstances (such as duplicate payment or technical error), refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of BhardwajEduHub.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
